If you can, let us know you are coming. Please complete the form or simply show up at the dojo 10 to 15 minutes prior to the Jiu-Jitsu introduction class. Wear a t-shirt and shorts or general gym wear. We have cleanly washed Jiu-Jitsu Gi’s available for you to borrow.

We concentrate on the basics. You will learn the most important basic techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Our beginners class covers the most important aspects of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu; warm ups, learning to roll, break-fall, drills, self-defence, ground grappling.
